For most English teachers, teaching English is a headache when it comes to Grammar. Many pupils fail to master English due to lack of proper English Grammar Basic. As for me, the main thing pupils should know first is the 8 Parts of Speech. Here I would like to give a short notes regarding to the 8 parts of speech I've usually give to my pupils:-
1) Noun - Kata Nama 2) Pronoun - Kata Ganti Diri/ Nama 3) Verb - Kata Kerja 4) Adjective - Kata Sifat 5) Adverb - Kata Keterangan 6) Conjunction - Kata Hubung 7) Preposition - Kata Sendi / Arah 8) Interjection - Kata Seruan
Therefore, if pupils manage to fully understand these rules, then they can be sure that they can excel in English in a step by step manner. All the best!!!

This year is an important year for the Year 6 pupils who will be sitting for the UPSR Exam on this coming 11th September 2008. Besides pupils, teachers are also anxious in getting ready all their tips for the up coming UPSR.
Maybe, some pupils are confident in getting 5A's but not all hardwork is enough without really paying attention on their health. They must have enough sleep and eat nutritious food so that they can focus on their exam paper. Otherwise, they will certainly have gone sick without proper sleep and food. Therefore, teachers and especially parents must be aware of this warning. Last but not the least, all the best for SK.Bandar Tawau.

27 August 2008 ( Wednesday ) - Every year our school celebrates National Day with many fun activities. This year one of the most popular activites is the kite flying competition. This competition opens to all phase 1 and phase 2 pupils. Pupils must bring their own kite. They can either buy kites from the school or make their own kites. The competition is judged based on the pupil's creativity, skills and how far their kites can reach the sky. The winners will be given prizes in the form of hampers.
