Every year we can hear the same problem occurred on the achievement of students whether UPSR, PMR , SPM or STPM examinations. Many students recorded excellent performance in other subjects but when it comes to English, the results showed students across the state are still weak with less then 50% of them scoring grade A. An achievement imbalance in subjects by number of students must be addressed before it worsen. How and why ? All we need is a smart action with golden achievement through English Excel Programmes.
